How long does it take to prepare shipment orders?

All items in stock are ready to be shipped! Please allow 3-5 days before orders are shipped. Glowing Poppy is a one person operation, and everything is prepared with a lot of care. :)

What carrier is used for shipments?

Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS ground, which takes 2-8 days. However, due to current increase in shipments, times may be delayed.

How are shipping Fees Calculated?

There is a flat rate of $9.00 per order, with an additional $2.00 fee per item.

This covers packaging and shipping costs.

What happens if my candle arrives damaged?

I gently craft all products with lots of care and mindfully prepare shipment orders. What happens during transit is out of my control. However, I care about my customers and I will do my best to assist you and get you a perfect candle. :)

Please let me know if your candle arrives damaged within 48 hours.
