I gently craft all products with lots of care and mindfully prepare shipment orders. What happens during transit is out of my control. However, I care about my customers and I will do my best to assist you and get you a perfect candle. :)

Please let me know if your candle arrives damaged within 48 hours.

Please follow burning instructions found beneath every jar. Glowing Poppy Candlery is not responsible for misuse of candles/products.
